what to eat during an 8 hr exam
I have a 8 hr exam coming up this week, want to know what I should eat in between my exam to keep me going?

Hey good luck! Eat protein to stay alert and add some quality carbs and a little quality fat to give you staying power. Drink enough water to stay hydrated too.
Go for good clean food with a whole lot of processing or sugar. Don't want to get either sleepy or jumpy.

dried fruit and nuts have always worked great when I'm taking long exams. and hydrate, but not too much, they normally limit potty breaks and it's hard to focus when you have to pee like a racehorse.

Beef jerky is good, especially lower-fat varieties. It takes awhile to chew, and feels substantial, and is a good amount of protein.
