New Group - No more excuses

This group has a group challenge - you have to do some form of exercise for AT LEAST 10 min. 6 days a week.

It can be any form of exercise, it just has to be done!! This is based on the theory that if you go to the gym and tell yourself "all I have to do is 10min." then most likely you'll do more. However, if you go and only do 10min. you have reached your goal for the day and should be proud of yourself!

It doesn't have to be a gym exercise though. It can be sit ups, push ups, a brisk walk, etc. Active posters only!

This sounds awesome. I've been so disappointed with the four groups I've joined because people are just not active enough. Please let me know how to join this group and thanks!
