Fitness charts

Hey all.
I have started using these fitness excel charts posted on msn and I find them helpful to track my sucess and estimate body fat percent (ROUGH estimate). Just download and plug in your measurements week by week.

Looks like a great tool

Since I see numbers as a motivator (e.g. the scale, my pants size, etc) I think this will be a great tool for me. For others, perhaps not. We'll see...Deb

so, i like the chart, but i don't like seeing that it computes that at 5.8 i'm supposed to weigh 118.

hardly healthy?!!!
