You don't necessarily need a special group for baby steps. You can just pick one little thing that you will do for the next month and right it in your goal section and check it off each day when you do it. After a month that baby step should be pretty much a routine/habit and you can pick something new for the next month.

Good luck and think you're approaching you weightloss journey with the right attitude and you WILL succeed!

Try the team called "The Power of Three." We pick three short-term goals each month to work on. Come join us!

Good book for baby steps...

Martha Beck's book called "4 Day WIn" might be worth a read. She writes a lot about setting reachable goals...gets you to write a goal ...then make the first step ridiculously reachable ..then gets you to track the change for 4 days...and Yay if you reach the goal you set a higher baby step...and if you don't you go back and make your original step EVEN tinier. I like her approach...makes tremendous sense...and really you are moving ahead with tiny wins.
