I joined PT 5/19 and I would like to try the FAT SMASH DIET if anyone wants to do it together that would be awesome! I basically have been eating veggies and fruits since 5/19 but taking it to the next level. Hope someone will join me!

The Fat Smash Diet is what they use on Celebrity Fit Club. It's a show on VH1. You can buy the book at walmart. It's by Dr. Ian Smith. There is also an article that peer trainer wrote describing the diet. They endorse it. You can google it to learn more about it

cool, didn't know there was a Fat Smashers unite team..I will go try to join them too...Does anyone know if I need to start over or go back 2 days on my Fat Smash Diet since I ruined my meals on Sat & Sun night by not eating what I was supposed to be eating?

Would like to know if eating saulteed veggies ok, seasoned with Mrs. Dash and salt. What good some good meals to eat with the phase 1 diet, using tofu, brocoli, carrots, onions and garlic salt (or plain garlic)? Is seasoning salt okay to use?

I ate a pack of ramon noodles (chicken flavored), will that affect my phase 1 (detox) level. Do I need to start over? If so, why can't I eat them.
