Looking for team to achieve our fitness goals together!

After having my weight bounce up and down, and up to an all time high, I'm motivated to get in shape and stay there. Last week I came across an ad for Medifast, which is a modified fasting program. You are allowed 5 mini meals per day (your choice of their shakes, bars, soups, stew, chilli, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc) plus one lean meat and vegetable meal that you prepare. My interest lay in the 2-5 pound per week claim...I know that if they say I can lose 2-5 pounds, I might actually lose 2 pounds! The diets that offer 0.5 to 2 pounds per week, it would take forever to get to my goal. So I'm motivated. I've lost 5.6 pounds in the first two days! And I would love a team of buddies so we could support one another. It would be great if you're also doing Medifast, but certainly not critical. Look forward to hearing from you and cheering you along!
