Feeling full vs. carbs
HELP need some ideas for filling meals that dont include anything seafood.
I find that I am more full when I eat breads, taters and such.
I also cannot cook, so the easier the better....
up for a challenge?
Nice to meet you...my name is Challenge. lol

Deli turkey and a slice of real cheese on two slices of low carb bread (some of the 40-cals per slice stuff). You need protein AND fat; carb full is just temporary b/c it's big and fluffy. Add a banana or a big apple and some low carb yogurt or cottage cheese. Then you should be full, for probably about 400 calories.

Mini Wheat Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches
I just had these yesterday and they are suprisingly filling and very tasty.
Ingredients:
non stick cooking spray
3 egg whites
1/4 or 1/2 slice of ham
1/4 or1/2 slice of fat free cheese
1 mini wheat bagel
Directions:
1. Spray pan w/ non stick cooking spray
2. Add egg whites and cook throughly. Add salt and pepper or whatever other flavors of your choice.
3. In meantime, toast your mini bagels in toaster.
4. Top the minibagels with the eggs, ham, and cheese.
5. Enjoy!
When I prepared them, I prepared two mini bagel breakfast sandwiches and I had some leftover egg so you might want to use a little bit less egg.
I also felt very satisfied and full for a long period of time.
Hope this helps!
