Word of support
A message to all.
As it seems I am in the other part of the world, but I have just discovered this site and would like to offer some words of support for those females and males starting the journey of getting healthier and loosing weight.
I am a PE teacher that is active, does triathlons etc, but have a wife 6 years younger that is not active and is constantly battling her weight with some success but also with set backs.
The most important part for all to remember is that we need to support each other in becoming a healthier society as a whole. My wife suffered Post Natel Depression after our second child and has battled to get herself back in to shape, or the shape she wants her to be. From my point of view, someone that runs, swims and generally can eat what I like, I now understand the pain that those who are not happy with themselves, but can only encourage you to start small and work toward the larger goal of a healthier existance. Find someone supportive to help you, be understanding and help others and we all can be happy with who we are.
I love my wife for who she is - I just hope that oneday her inner beauty matches what she wants he outer beauty to be - I love her anyway.
Good luck to you all.

Yes, she has a great guy. A word of advice though, from a wife, who does have a supportive husband. Stop giving advice. I understand it's well meaning, but women really get sick of advice from guys who can lose 20 pounds in a week just by going for a run.
