TIPS & TRICKS!
What are some of the best tips and or tricks you've used to lose weight. Please provide healthy suggestions.
Mine: I like soda and my diet calls for no soda. I figured that what I like about soda is the nice cold bubbly feel on my tongue. As a substitute, I drink a can of naturally flavored seltzer by Canada Dry with my lunch which is when I crave a soda most. They contain no sweetners, sugars, nada, zip.

I have a sweet tooth and I satisfy it by having a large strawberry at the end of my meals. I get sweetness and fiber.

4 to 5 grams of fiber per meal! Holy cow! I eat 45 to 50 grams per day(from food). You're not even getting the recommended (but probably still too low) of 20-25g of fiber per day. Eat MORE fiber, feel fuller.

Lots and lots of raw or lightly steamed veg and fruit to keep your belly full, your nutrients and fiber intake high, and your mouth busy. Beans are incredibly filling and full of fiber. Season food so that it's interesting. Lemon and lime juice, garlic, herbs, hot sauce, salsa etc are your friends.
