I am going out for a crisp morning run 1st thing tomorrow morning. Then I'm going to stop by my favorite coffee place, pick up a paper.

I'll do 15 minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes on the treadmill
5 minutes on the slide board
4 minutes on the stairmaster
30 minutes of weights
10 minute stretch.

The weekend before Thanksgiving? Oh yeah, time to go at it full throttle!
50 minutes of sweaty circuit training (DVD) followed by 30-40 mins on the stairs. Possible alternative: 3 miles walking, 45 min spin class + 15 minute abs segment.
Sunday will be 30 mins on the elliptical or a 45-min spin class followed by a Sculpt & Tone class, and then maybe a Pilates mat class after that if I'm in the mood.
A bit more than usual but hey -- I want to see the scale dip down at least a pound on Monday!

getting to the gym
....that's more than half my battle! I'll go with my sis and do elliptical cardio for as long as I can (only 20-30 min at his point), then weights for about 45 minutes which I love. It is gorgeous, sunny, warm San Diego day, I'll probably view it from patio, a serious foot problem relegates me to the elliptical for walking at present! "Good on you, mates!" Just do something!
