wu-long tea

Has anyone every tried this? If so, what did you think? I see it advertised on this web site by a company but learned on another web site which reviews tea companies that this company is not recommended.

i posted a similar thread a few weeks back...

i tried it, i bought the archer farms brand from super target, i figured it's probably all from the same manufacturer anyway. but i don't know if it was the tea, but coincidentally i became very swimmy headed and nauseous after i drank it several days in a row. i haven't had it since and i also haven't felt sick either...

yea it claims to be endorsed by Oprah but I checked out her website on diet and fitness and it's no wheres to be found. We all want the "quick" weightloss that you don't have to work for. But I think the bottom line is that there is only one true weightloss and it's the same as it ever was: diet and exercise. And by diet I mean eat healthy and smaller portions. If we quit fighting it and look for good sound advice on eating healthy and get active, we can all be successful.
