new to PT

I'm new to PT and I am also new to trying to communicate in a group. I need pointers on how to communicate with the members of my group, possibly starting a group with my friends. I feel like I'm talking to a void. When I get the hang of the computer part of this I wil need motivation to keep with a healthy eating plan and to restart an exercise plan. I would like to encourage others and feel a little more personally connected to those I'm working with.
My user name is aimeee
What am I supposed to put in the "associated URL" space below

aimeee - you only need to put something in the "associated url" section if you want to link to a particular page or site. For instance, I'm going to include the link to the PT Experts team. Come join us!

At the very least righting down what I eat has made me some some crap I'm not to happy with!

communicating with team members

I joined peertrainer yesterday and joined the team Weight Watchers Wonders, but I can't figure out how to communicate with the other team members. Thank you Linda

Within a group, the comments section is on the right-hand side of the screen, when you are on the group page. Within a team, it is at the top of the "home" tab, or the entirety of the "comments" tab. You can leave comments for the whole team to see, or just one person on that team, if you have something private to say. That is how communication works within the groups/teams.
