Hey all!
I feel like im eating too much! I know winter is coming, and i have a tendence to eat too much around this time of year. My goal is to lose 10 lbs for Christamas.
For exercise today I walked at a brisk pace for 1 1/2 hrs w/my dog.
What do you think:
B-FAST: 1 mini w.w. bagel w/3 eggs- 1 yolk
coffee
SNACKS:
1 bananaw/pbutter
5 strawberries
mini w.w.bagelw/1 cup cottage cheese+water
LUNCH: 2 slices of w.w. bread+tuna+1 teas.mayp+sm slice of cheese
crystal lite
I would be really instrested to know what everyone thinks.
Thanks SO much!

I also think you are doing fine! If you feel you are eating too much increase your excercise and you will feel better. Also consider adding some strength training to your workout you will tone up and have a lot more confidence, but be aware adding muscle tone could mean weight gain but dont be alarmed because stonger muscles burn more calories!

The quantity is fine, however, I would take away the bagels and perhaps add some nuts( a medium handful is about an ounce) , perhaps try veggies and low fat cheese, instead of the fruit for a snack, it will sustain you longer. Try your sandwiches open-faced, or sandwich toppings on a mound of lettuce with whole grain crackers, instead of more bread. It's hard to be creative, with good taste and balance as well. Keep experimenting!

OP, chiming in.......anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks SO muc for the advice! I tend to geet stuck w/ideas on food . Now that im working less hours this week, i feel like im eating more than normal. The only time i dont eat is then i take my dog for a very long walk. :) which i love!
The bagels seem to be the best thing for me b/c they are the w.w. mini's and only 20carbs a piece. If i have crackers, i could easly double that.....
"Hi, Im Bobbi-jo and im a carbaholic"- LOL
I would appreciate anyone elses opnions/suggestions :)
Thanks to everyone who commented! I really appreciate the feedback!

From the log of food, you've already eaten about 500 calories just in carbohydrates (the two bagels and the two slices of bread). That's a lot of carbs!
You can get low-carb bread that's as little as 35 or 40 calories per slice, so two slices are 80 calories instead of 200, as in typical bread (even whole wheat), so that's cutting out 120 calories right there w/o cutting out any food.
Also, if those snacks were all between breakfast and lunch, that's a lot of snacking, particularly if you also snack like that before dinner! You should be able to hold yourself from breakfast to lunch, easily, with just the banana/PB. If not, it's likely b/c you're eating too many carbs and not enough fat for breakfast. Maybe eat half of the ww. bagel, with cream cheese or regular cheese or peanut butter or something, and two real eggs, instead of 1 yolk and 3 whites. Or, try some turkey sausage, etc. The strawberries as a snack are good, no matter how much else you're eating, but a second bagel in the morning, followed by a sandwich, really, is too much!

About the bagel's......OP here :)
Hey there :)
OP here! :)
My bagels were mini bagels, so they were only 100 calorie's a piece and my bread, was only 80 calorise each slice. I ate about 320 calories in carbs that day. I guess i did eat a bit too many! hehe. Altough, not 500! LOL.
Thanks for the heads up - I didnt realize this at all!
I appreicate all the great tips and info everyone gave!
If anyone has any other ideas/suggestions/tips , please dont hesitate to post and post some more ;)
