I want to start taking some vitamins to go with my better lifestyle? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Of course, your gender, age, weight, overall health, etc. all should be taken into consideration, and you should probably ask your doctor, but...
This is what I take each day:
1 Super B-Complex w/ Vitamin C
2 1000-mg Omega-3 Flaxsee Oil supplements
1 prenatal vitamin (good if your pregnant or if you may become pregnant)

I would talk to your doctor - he or she may run a complete blood test to see where you are deficient as well as discussing your food intake. I personally take a multi-vitamin, fish oil (to help with cholesterol) & Vitamin B complex (for energy/immune system).
