Online Diets

I'm at a point where I just can't seem to lose or focus anymore and have looked into the various ediets and Weight Watchers and South Beach Online. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am kind of leaning towards Weight Watchers. Also, is there any difference between online and at the facility itself? Any comments would be a great help!

I used WeightWatchers before and found it very good, my mum and i both did it and where both successfull on it. Its a great way to keep track of what you are eating, and being honest to yourself

I like Body for Life but at the end of the day, I read a lot about many different ones and then I just combine what I like and use. I think BFL gives you the best nutrition advice for how your body works best.

I vote South Beach!

I have lost 28 pounds doing South Beach...I looked into the online version, and signed up for their newsletter, but in the end I just read the book and followed the plan. It appears to be working! :)

However, I also have a close friend who did Weight Watchers and has lost about 90 lbs and kept it off, even through having a baby. I'm really proud of her! In the end, it's all about a lifestyle change you're willing to make to improve your quality of life. Good luck!

I like south beach but I've had the most success not "dieting" at all. By eating when I'm hungry, and when I'm feeling frustrated, I go for a run now. I cut down on the "white" foods and all of my clothes are looser. Whenever I'm on a "diet" I eat even more!
