What percentage of your diet is plant based?
I'm just curious what others are doing. I'm probably at 50% average, though when faced with well cooked meat at a restaurant I don't hesitiate to dig in. I try and eat a huge salad at lunch that has a wide variety of greens, beans and veggies.

about 65% plant, 20% whole wheats(pasta, bread, rice),10% chicken/fish, 5% red meat...i always feel energized :)

From what I understand from Eat to Live, processed foods are just as big a problem as meat and dairy. So don't think just because you eat very low levels of those that you are eating as healthy as you could be.

yeah, you're not so great. i've read the bible of choosing healthy foods so now i can preach to those who think they are making good decisions, even though they're probably not.

An additional qualifier should be whether the percentage is by volume or by calorie. Percentage by calorie is much more relevant.
