I BET IF....

I bet if the community board let others see who was writing what, a lot of people would tone down there comments and start being more compassionate, considerate and responsible about their remarks. I'm not saying this to start a debate, I just think that it happens to be true. I myself, included would think twice about what I write sometimes.

It would also prevent people from asking relevant questions they find embarrassing. I would rather put up with the fight-pickers, unwarranted nastiness, and a bit of swearing than give up the benefits of anonymity.

I say what I think. I always speak My mind but there is such a thing as using tact when you speak. I have found many do not use tact in stating their opinions. nothing wrong with being blunt but when you go at it in a hurtful agressive manner to make your point. I think you are not helping anyone. just My personal opinion

Meh- people are just as mean when you can see their name- after all, the name you use here is still an alias. Unless they made people put their phone number on every post, jerks will be jerks.

look at it this way- you're fat, and they're a jerk. You can lose weight, but they can't stop being a jerk. So, you win in the end.

Ah, I think I know who 12:33 is, the girl I know and like also capitalizes her M's in my. We are in a group together and its nice that you speak your mind.

I do believe there is a tactful way to say anything you want to say without purposely hurting or angering someone else.

One of my favorite quotes:

“People pay for what they do, and still more for what they have allowed themselves to become. And they pay for it very simply; by the lives they lead.”
