STILL have holiday weight on?

anyone else pack on 5 lbs or so over the holidays & still havent shed it? i have & am looking for new ways to lose it! i count calories, eat healthfully & work out about 5 days a week (with a busy/hectic schedule!) any creative suggestions?

How about switching up your workout routine? Try swimming if you run or try lifting weights if you usually do cardio. It's awesome that you work out 5 times a week (I wish I was that dedicated) but I know they say your body gets used to your workout routine so if you try to switch it up to work different muscles that might be just what your body needs to kick it back into gear!
