Hi I just posted a new group on the site - Hot Chicks. I am naturally slim but starting to put on weight. I always thought I could eat whatever I want, whenever I want, however much I wanted. Now I'm not happy with my weight but I can't stop eating. Can't get motivation to exercise - exercise doesn't seem to be helping with weight loss. My confidence is waning. I wanna feel great and confident about myself again.

Good for you! If I had realized how easily obesity can "sneak up" on one, I would not be struggling to lose almost 50 lbs now! Without being weight obsessed, I applaud you in nipping it in the bud. Though it's hard to relate to losing only a few pounds, you are wise to be aware! Good luck! debs
