Does anyone else do this

There have been several threads on nice workout clothes and so fourth. Does anyone else work in boys basketball shorts? I am not large but my rear can use a little work and I definately hate my fat a$$ giggling all over the treadmill when I run

I think one of the most important factors in workout clothing is that it's something you feel comfortable in. If you feel self-sonscious, it will put you off exercising at all. So if you feel happier wearing boys' shorts, then that's fine!

I work out in boys soccer shorts and a loose t-shirt. I have no issues with my behind or anything else - I just hate clothing close to my body even if it swears up and down that it both sops up my sweat and stays dry.

I agree with the above poster - the best workout clothes are the ones you feel comfy in. Some folks really feel good in the tailored workout gear, but others don't. It's definitely a matter of personal preference.

I work out in the 2/$12 tanks from Target and cheap cotton shorts..its just what I feel comfy in. The tanks aren't designed for working out, but the cotton stays dry, and it doesn't pinch or pull.

I don't work out in boys shorts but thats a great idea! I know some say to spend a lot on your work out cloths because you'll use them more. That doesn't work for me. I hate to spend money on cloths I just get sweaty in. I rather save it for the cute cloths I get to buy as I lose the weight!

Clothes

I got some of my favorite work out clothes from the second hand store! Talk about cheap. Also, go to a running store and see if they have a selection for women over size 12/14. Moving Comfort brand carries clothes for larger women as does Road Runner Sports. Again, I have to be careful of what's on my a$$ b/c of chaffing.
