Binges!

I have been on a steady, not constant binge for about a week, what is the best way to come out of it? Is there any way I can make up for all the extra calories I have consumed? I plan to walk 4 miles tomorrow and hopefully again on Sunday as well as not eating fast food this weekend and by watching very carefully about what I put into my body, Do you think I will be ok?

you will definitely be ok - it's just been one week. Definitely get some exercise, drink lots of water, and eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.

It's in the past so just start tomorrow fresh. It may set you back a bit as far as your overall goal but beating yourself up or overexercising will only work against you. Forgive yourself, move on...have a great day. :)
