Do you really think?
I have a few question...Does water really help you lose weight? And why? I drink every weekend Friday and Saturday, Do you think this could be the reason I am not losing anymore weight?

Well, what else do you do? Do you do cardio at least 30 min a day? Do you do strength training? Are you eating healthy foods?
If you are doing these things and still not seeing a difference I imagine it could be your drinking. Maybe try to cut out a few drinks if you have to have them and try cutting a few hundred calories a day. Water keeps your system running smoothly and keeps it hydrated (which by the way alcohol depleats) it helps flush out impurities, so drink more water is always good.

Depending on how much you drink, and what you drink, cutting out the drinking could definitely cause you to lose weight. Add up what you drink in a typical night of drinking (and include any food you eat that you wouldn't eat otherwise!) If you're drinking about 900 calories a night, twice a week, then cutting those two nights out would cause you to lose 1/2 lb each week. Over time, that can be a lot of weight! In a year, that's 25 lbs!! If you drink more than that - entirely possible if you drink "girly" drinks full of juice and sugar, or drinks made with regular, not diet, soda, and especially true if you eat greasy foods while/after you drink, it could be way more than that!
One way to lose weight is to take in less calories; the other way is to burn more calories. If you're in a rut, and want to lose weight, pick one, or do a little of both.
