hmm, anything that gets you moving and you enjoy?

walking, hiking, biking, swimming, roller skating, tennis, soccer, stair climbing, jogging, weight lifting, horseback riding, baseball, frisbee, jumping rope, aerobics, kickboxing, boxing, yoga, pilates, salsa dancing, Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies, Tae Bo, football, rugby, rowing, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, surfing, push ups, run in the sprinkler, run on the beach, mow the lawn, walk to the store and carry your groceries home, wash the car... hope this helps!

If you have access to the gym, try out all the classes, download new music and hit the elliptical or treadmill, or try heading to an outdoor public (ie free) raquetball court and hit some balls by yourself or pair up, its a real workout! :)

If you have any parks or woods near by I love getting out and hiking. I hike a trail that has a lot of elevation changes and it does wonders. It works my muscles and there are several points along the way that I get winded.

It's not the grand canyon (which I've hiked) but its a good workout and you get to be outdoors.

Like 11:08 I like hiking. It's great if you can find a trail smooth enough to jog. And the parts that aren't smooth enough (usually uphill) are challenging enough without jogging.
