Chocolate covered Altoids-good way to fix chocolate cravings

I recently bought a tin of Chocolate covered Altoids, they taste like Junior Mints! But unlike a box of Junior Mints that I would feel compelled to finish once they are open, I am able to eat just a couple of these a day to get my chocolate fix at just 15 calories per 2 mints.

Another idea to get small doses of chocolate are chocolate covered expresso beans. I find that with strong flavors such as coffee beans and mints, I tend not to consume the entire package in one sitting.

Hear, hear! Even if you eat ten of them you're still only at 75 calories. I go for the cinnamon choc covered ones...

I munch on a bit of unsweetened baking chocolate. Has to be the completely unsweetened, though, not the semisweet, or I am off and gobbling (down the chocolate, that is)

If I take a bit of the unsweetened baker's chocolate, I can sit and enjoy the wonderful movie Chocolat with no problems or cravings as I watch them make all that chocolate. Otherwise, it is IMPOSSIBLE.
