deadbeat that ruin a group

i have started 2 groups on this site. on both occasions i specified that joining the group meant logging in every day and posting weigh-ins each week, an agreed day for the group. i cannot get these woman to do it. i am tierd of hearing about fido and how cute he is etc. what can you do to make people get serious. you cant throw them off the group. PT should have some rules for those of us who are serious about our weight. i dont care to socialize i want to lose weight. anyone have this problem and how did you solve it? how do you get deadbeats to join in or leave the group?

just try starting a new group again. You can't really kick people out, so just start your own group.

i'm looking for a group that posts too! even if its just your log! I dont need the socializing so much either, but support, tips, recipes, work out suggestions are great.

It takes a while to find the right group/people for you. In some cases it isn't the group that I have learned to rely on, but individuals withing the group, for regular posting. I've been on PT for close to two years (Wow!) and only in the past year to 6 months has the right group of people come along for me. I have four groups, but 4-5 regular members within those groups who keep me going with regular posting, responses, and support.
