Just a little adivice

Should i work out with a headache? I feel very guilty, the past two days, i have been wanting to try this new work out tape but have been too busy working, I've been working out but not with the tape. It's pilates, should i do it or is it better to wait for tomorrow?

Here's a tip that might help with your headache.

Take a nice warm shower. Wash your hair. Then, just before you get out of the shower, turn the water to as cold as you can stand it and try to keep it just on your head. You'll feel almost instant relief. If it doesn't go away completely, take some Ibuprofen or something, but you'll have a head start on the pain.

I'd say, if your headache isn't like a migraine, go ahead and do the pilates but try the shower trick first.

Make sure you're properly hydrated. If slight dehydration is the cause, working out will just make it worse.
