I know what it's like to lose the "baby weight". Not easy to do alone? I have the perfect group for you!
"New moms losing weight and getting fit" is the name of my group that was started just last night. I am now recruiting new members, we would love to have as many people as possible. You don't have to be a "new" mom either.
We are totally open minded and commited to helping all of our members shed that pregnancy weight! Don't let the fat control your life for one more day, trust me you will feel so much better in just a couple days and then for the rest of your life!
Can't wait to see you as a member of our group!

just wanted to say i breast fed and that helps you lose the weight but i also did step aerobics after about 6 weeks

I breastfed and none of the weight came off! maybe 10 pounds but I was so hungry that it was pointless. I do believe that people promote breastfeeding as a way to lose weight and that's not true for everyone.

I breastfed all three of my babies and I lost a little less wight with each successive birth. With my first, I lost almost all of my baby weight within 4 months just by breastfeeding. By the third, I think the "magic" of weightloss by breastfeeding had worn out! I really had to WORK to lose that weight.
But I did it! : )
