I'm looking for the easiest way to be skinny!

I have quite a bit of motivation I just need some new ideas to get excericise! Walking bores me and I need something that will show fast results, burn calories and build muscle in my thighs! Anyone with any diet suggestions please post them!

Hey there :)
Do lunges, squats and dead lifts ( be careful with these, ask a trainer if you dont know how to do them propery). Also, try swimming, it burns caloires and is refreshing! If you have have access to a gym, climb LOTS of stairs!
Most people eat too many carbs and fats as well as not enough protein, so i would take a look at how much of your diet these consume.

If you have time and hills (and weather that you can stand), cycling a lot will do really well for that. The thing is, you have to be determined about riding up the hills as well as down. Puttering around at 8-10 mph on the flat is not the same thing as going many miles over rolling country. On the plus side, the scenery changes faster than with walking, if that helps keep your interest up.
