Help! I need Email PenPal Support
I am officially starting my "Diet" tomorrow.. I'm eating healthier, exercising more and making a committment to myself and my daughter that I am going to lose weight and be more active.. I have a long way to go but I'm taking baby steps so the first goal is -25lbs by Christmas.. Being a single mom and having nobody to really answer to, I would really like to have at least 1 (if not more) regular pen pal to keep me on track and be able to give and take support for each other.. If anyone is interested, I'b be forever grateful.. Thanks and good luck to everyone in their journeys!!

Come join our group
We have an opening for a member and want someone who is really motivated, and we can provide a lot of support! It's called Weight Watchers! and you can find it by searching in the group section. We can post every day and help keep you on track. I was in a similar situation to you at one point, a single mom with a daughter, and I have lost 85 pounds, so you can do it. Come find us!

Why put off till tomorrow what you can start today? Even if you think you have ruined your diet for today you can still start now at your next meal. I would love to offer support and motivation and lend a listening ear. I have been there as well, I'm sure we all have at one time or another. I have lost 58 pounds and am still working on the last 30. If you want you can contact me at: jaimilt@hotmail.com, hope to hear from you.

hey there:) I've tried joining groups and I find them really helpful but I also find that I'm more of a one on one person...everyone is different. So if you wanted to exchange private e-mails daily to keep us both on track, I'd be totally willing!

There is no such thing as a diet.....its a life style!!!!!!!!
If you knew what was in all the bad food you ate, I dont think you would ever touch it again. You are what you eat. How you feel, and even your life span depends upon the food you eat. You ve got the power so make it a good decision.
LOVE YOURSELF FOR YOU!!!

I just saw this post, from Nov. 5th, with a goal of 25lbs of loss by Christmas!! Please don't be discouraged if you don't hit that goal!! A healthy way to lose weight is 1-2lbs a week; that is the speed of weight loss that is sustainable! There are 7 weeks until Christmas (a little less now!) So if you diet/exercise well, you can expect to lose 7 to 14 lbs by then. A safe goal (safe for your body) would be to lose 10lbs by Christmas. Maybe think about changing the goal slightly, so you don't set yourself up to either be unhealthy or to fail... You can do it! Remember, the weight didn't all come on in a month, it's not going to come off that way either!
