Eating at the same time every day

I usually vary my daily calories between 1100-1600 so that my body does not get used to the same amount every day. I was wondering if I should change my eating times, or is it okay to stick to a shedule and eat at the same time every day?

obviously others will differ here, but I do best when I stay regular as to timing, both for eating and exercise. When I try to messwith the rythm (either intentionally or not) my body just wants to quit altogether. If I don't tell my body ahead of time what to expect, then nothing happens. When I do, then it seems to somehow get prepared, and actually pushes me to get it done.

Hope that helps.

Eating at the same time

I do best when my diet varies. I try to eat only when I'm hungry (my body lets me know I need food), because of this I eat about every 3-4 hours. Depending on what I eat sometimes I only last 2 hours. Eating small amounts only when your hungry will help keep your metabolism working throughout the day without peaks and valleys. I'm sure its different for everyone but I like to keep my system on its toes.
