Ideas about challenges?

My group is trying to come up with a challenge for the month of March. Does anybody have any suggestions or something that they have tried in another group? We're open to anything healthy:)

You could set a total hours of exercise goal either individually or for the group as the whole. I think the option for the group as a whole is fun because then you can make it a little higher than you would typically make your own, and you can all work together to meet the goal.

i like doing exercise challenges, like getting 210 min of cardio in per week or 30 minutes of exercise that brings you into your target heart rate every day for one month.

I do my own challenges for myself in my group. Sometimes others play along. Once I went a full 30 days without bread (associated products - bagels, scones, pastry), sugar, alcohol and cereal. This month I'm cutting out cheese, sweets and processed food (includes packaged foods and frozen meals).

A couple of my teammates have very active lifestyles. They don't so much workout as pursue very active hobbies and activities and lives. One of them is a surfer, that is what she does for fun. This idea really appeals to me, too, although I am certainly not there, I want to incorporate more actual activity rather than just a special workout. Perhaps this might work for your group, too?

After all, once we are fit and healthy, we have to actually LIVE and DO.
