meal repacement bars
trying to see which ones have been tried and are the best..i do weight watchers so would like to know which are point friendly..if any

there are tons of threads about this from the past if you search for them.
I personally can't consider a bar anything but a snack because it just doesn't fill me up. I like anything under 200 calories, but prefer something closer to 120. I like Clif Z bars a lot, and the smaller size Odwalla bars (110 calories). Trader Joe's has a great bar selection. I also recommend Luna bars.

MY Thoughts
I have been using Natures Path Organic Optimum Rebound Bars after workouts for several months now I do believe they work in helping me recover. Power Bars are also really good working however the they take some time time to get use to the taste and texture.

I'd like to have these on hand if I don't have time for breakfast but I'm worried about the sugar content.
Which ones have the least amount of sugar (and no artificial sweeteners)?

South Beach and Nutrisystem Bars
I like them because they have extra protein from soy and fiber they keep me from getting hungry for a few hours.
