100 calorie pack

have you tried them?? what do you think about them?

if you can't control your own portions, they will probably help you. otherwise, I think they are expensive and a waste of packaging. try buying a normal size of whatever chips or cookie it is and then portion them out into ziploc bags and only eat one at a time, just like you would with the 100-cal packs.

I'm not a fan, as they're not very filling; I'd rather have 10 almonds, or, a slice of cheese, or a light'n fit yogurt with some fresh fruit, or 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, etc., to get a 100-calorie snack.

But, if what you want is junk food - cookies, crackers, chips - then it's a good way to watch portion size!

I like 'em. I think they're an easy snack. I can throw a few in my desk at school and have one when I'm hungry. I don't look to them for nutritional value, just pure convenience.

I love them!!!! I love the little packs of cookies (fudge stripes of mint chocolate). 100 calories and I get to eat real cookies, I love it!

I don't eat a lot of them myself, but I think they're good to put in the kids' lunches or to have on hand for them for after school snacks. I hate to make them go without the fun stuff when I'm the one who needs to lose weight, not them. And at the same time, they're learning a little about portion control. They don't eat a lot of them. Fortunately, they love the yogurt, fresh fruits and veggies that I buy for myself.

100 calories trader joes

Trader Joe's makes 100 calorie packets of chocolate toucans. Man, those little guys are gooooooood. And yes. I have trouble with portion control. Big trouble.

I don't agree with using "diet" foods like 100 calorie packs if you are trying to lose weight. First off they ALL have trans fat, it just is less than .5 gram/serving so the company isn't required to list it. They also have high fructose corn syrup which will mess w/ your blood sugar and make you hungry.
Now, does anyone actually get filled up by these?

I can't believe I ate the whole thing

I eat the entire package so I'm better off not having them around at all. A good idea for people who are not addicted to sugar maybe.
