West Coast Blues

Living on the west coast I have to say it's frustrating to go to log my food at the end of the day and have everything turned over to tomorrow already. I know it's not hard to click the back arrow but sometimes I just don't log because I feel like it's yesterday's news. Any advice from other west coasters (or people even further away from the PeerTrainer time zone!) on how to not let this bother me? =)

I'm not from the west coast, but, I log my food as I eat it, breakfast and lunch. When I log my breakfast, I usually also log my dinner from the previous day, so I have to click back too. Guess I'm just used to it...

West coast blues

I am logging from west coast and find this frustrating too. Although I try to log as I eat some times I don't have time at the office and the website can be slow to respond. So some days its when I am about to go to bed that I have time to log in. Somedays I find that my log is in the wrong day because I was rushing.

In order for me to stay on track, I usually plan my meals. So I log in the morning what my plan for the day is. I have learned it really keeps me accountable to what I eat.

If I have time, and have eaten off myplan, I will go and record the "actuals".

I think it is really important to keep it completed, that way you can have your group go bakc and look at your logs if needed. I always ask my ladies to go make sure I am not off track. Sometimes I don't see so clearly and they help me get perspective.

You will got out of this site what you put into it. It all depends on what you want.
