Great Food Find
I don't know about everyone else, but my biggest struggle is with snack foods. I tend to want to eat for longer, so suggestions such as a granola bar don't necessarily satisfy me.
Anyway, I went to the grocery store isle for some of those 100 cal packs of cookies but instead picked up the mini Teddy Grahams. Did you know that for only 130 calories you can eat FIFTY THREE of these babies? They're definitely tiny, but they satisfy my crunchy sweet tooth AND my need to have more than three bites of something.
Any other great finds?

Yes!!! I love the mini teddy grahams, too! They add a little sweet, but are not overwhelmingly so....plus they also have fiber...
On one news show a few months ago, they did an experiment and found out that people who package their snacks in small bags tend to eat more vs. eating right out the bag... :-)
Really, it's all about portion control... :-) If you give yourself a limited amount of snack foods vs. eating out of the big container, you'll help yourself immensely!

Forgotten about those! I used to get them in my lunch when I was little. I could never eat them because it upset me to chew up teddy bears.

I love the 100 calorie mini bags of healthy pop popcorn it has a ton of fiber and keeps me satisfyed. It's great because there is a lot to nibble on too.
