unless he was posing for HER. maybe blowing off someone else's right to privacy is normal these days, but i would never post photos of this matter without explicit consent from the "model". i am glad for this thread because now i realize with what little care / respect others might treat my personal emails or pictures. i would not care so much if emails/pictures i sent were shared amongst my friends, but with the world? let's hope this guy doesn't wind up in the public sector someday!!

I'm in my 20's and I think it's pretty messed up that anyone that I trust with those kind of pics would share them with the entire webworld. I can easily copy and paste those pics she has posted and send them to whomever I want, including making them available on google or yahoo images. Really scary. Not cool.

Sorry, but it's this guy's own fault. I don't care how much you trust your ex-girlfriend, as soon as you put your pictures ANYWHERE in cyberspace, even just emailing them to someone, you have to be prepared that anything could happen. It has nothing to do with trust, it has to do with common sense. I don't even let my husband take naked pictures of me. I trust him completely, but you just never know what could happen. And anyone who sends naked pictures of himself to his ex-girlfriend is obviously a narcissist and probably wanted her to show them to other people.

I'm an artist and photographer...
In regards to photos of people, if the person is recognizable, you generally have to have a WRITTEN and signed Model release form, otherwise, if you post the photos, you can be subject to being sued....

NOT cool to post those pics, hot or not....
