WW on-line vs. WW in-person

I am considering joining weight watchers so I can have a better structure for myself and meal choices. Maybe you can help we weigh pros and cons in going on-line for support vs. meetings in person??

I have two young girls: 6 and 3 who keep me pretty busy so I'm leaning more towards the on-line support.

I orderd the At Home kit and it works because I dont have a set schedule... I also like that I can use PT as my meetings and weigh in, rather than paying for the WW online tools... but good luck either way! And congrats for making the first step!

I might go to a meeting sometime in the future but right now, I do it here in my team. Must be working cause I've lost 8 pounds so far! But if it stops I'll reevaluate.

Meetings worked. logging didn't

but PT is a lot like meeitngs to me, so now that I know the deal - coming *here* works well for me.

At least it's kept me somewhat in check during the time of year when I'm most likely to gain 8 pounds. I only gained 3.

Going to a meeing is so much better.. I would also shop around for the right leader. It makes a differnce. Maybe you could do both, say attend meetings once a month. You can do that now. Good luck!
