I'm new here.
I'm 34, married with one son. I'm 5'5" and I weigh 155. I've never had to diet until I had my son. I waited a long while before I finally came to the conclusion that my body just wasn't going to bounce back into shape all by itself. I used to be 115 lbs. I don't know if I want to be that skinny again, but I'd like to be at least 125. I'd be happy with that. What I need is an encouraging group of people to help me through this. I was on another group, but no one really talked. It was kind of boring. I also wouldn't mind IMs. Well, I hope this group will be better because I sure could use the support and I can't afford a personal trainer. Any tips, advice, or just plain "get off your ass and get busy" sort of comments will be welcome! I look forward to talking. Thanks, Lisa L.

Hey Lisa. Have you considered starting a group for yourself so that others can join? That way you can hopefully find others that will be as active with posting and commenting as you are. I have 2 fantastic groups that are very active and supportive, which unfortunately are full but I had to start one in order to find members that were heading towards the same goals as me and were as active as I was. Also, if you're really interested in being active, there's a team "Bikini Reveal" and it is an extremely active team... I have to get on 2-3 times a day to keep up with all of the comments and everyone is very active. Best of luck, hope you enjoy your time on PT, it's helped me a lot!
