Crackers and cheese are ok...Try to get low cal crackers with whole grains. Ramen noodles, although so cheap and convenient are very high in calories and sodium. Also one little pack has a bunch of servings so it ends up being about 800 calories total.

One serving of Ramen noodles (42g) has 190 calories, a small amount of protein (3.9g), a HUGE amount of carbohydrate (27.5g), 7.2 fat grams, and no fiber at all. Doesn't look like the best snack to me unless you're carb loading for big race or something.

Ramen noodles are somewhat similar in nutritional content to the feed that they give to farm animals to fatten them up. There's no nutritional content. Typical crackers are the same. Find crackers that are high in fiber and low in carb, such as Wasa Crackers. Cheese is good because it has proteins and fats and will be filling, but remember that one serving is one ounce, about a 1" cube, and the calories add up quickly!

Many brands of Ramen noodles have MSG which I would not consider healty. Cheese, depending on how much could be ok but could slow you down if you have a lot. Crackers? Do they have fiber in them? I think there are many other choices that you would do better with, and if you like cheese, how about pear and mozerella?
