? ABOUT WW POINTS

I AM NEW TO WW AND REALLY NEED SOME HELP. I AM A COOK, LOVE TO DO IT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I NEVER KNOW HOW MANY POINTS MY MEALS COME OUT TO. ANY ADVICE?

Have you tried the CORE Program? If you stick to cooking with CORE foods, you don't have toworry about the points.

Otherwise, use the Food Companion and use your best guestimate.

I've heard that if you're a monthly pass person, you do your tracking on line and it figures out the points for you.

if you are an on-line WW member they have a recipie builder that you put the recipie in and it figuares the pointsper serving

The point system is so easy. The web-site has a recipe builder, just input the ingredients and amounts and servings and it will figure out the points. You can also archive your recipes so you always have them or share them. Once you do it for a while you can start telling how many points something is based on fat, fiber and cals.
