Hi. I'm cathy. I joined this PEERtrainer today. I'd like to discuss emotional eating, losing weight, exercising, receipes and low point foods with everyone.
I'm such an emotional eater as well and would like to talk about some of those issues. I just don't understand why I keep eating when I'm stressed, anxious or even happy.
Anyway, I look forward to being a member.

It's a Good Thing

Welcome. I find the community threads in the lounge area to be very helpful. You learn as you read them that many people have significant food issues too; it's not just you. It's interesting to see how the different people cope with it. Every person and their food issue is different but we are all struggling with many lof the same issues like self-esteem, pressure from media, etc. I've learned a lot. Best of luck!
