Cold Gym Clothes
I live in a cold climate. This year temperatures have been warmer than usual, but now it feels like winter. Yesterday I had my gym bag packed in my car and when I got to the gym after work it was freezing cold! What can I do to prevent this from happening? I was motivated to go but not as much if I had to put on cold clothing! Any tips?

Hmm, could you bring the gym bag in to work with you? If your gym bag is too unsightly for a professional office, maybe get a nicer bag to stow your clothes in.
I also have a cold closet and sometimes throw my workout clothes in the dryer for a few minutes before putting them on, especially if I am headed outside for a run or something - it's bad to start out cold.

I use cold clothes as incentive. I know that I'll be warm when I start moving! : )

cold gym clothes.....
..wake you up almost as well as cold contact lenses! :-)
I live in a cold climate too - just take your bag in with you. If you don't have a place to stow it, then see if your gym has locker rentals. Otherwise just grin and bear it (pun fully intended) ;-)
