quick fix for new years eve

fine, it's probably not healthy but I don't really care. New years eve is in 2 days and I'd like to look really good in my dress. Besides the grilled chicken/veggie options, and only drinking juice for 2 days, any other suggestions? Does it really help to workout twice a day? Anything reasonable, I would love to know.

Cut out all salt/sodium. You can lose like 5lbs in 2 days. I did this once when I was supposed to wear a dress, but 2 days before I tried it on and couldn't quite zip it and it was really uncomfortable. Then, I ate really really sodium-free for 2 days (no soda, no processed foods like chips, soups, etc., no sauces, just plain meats and veggies mostly), and the dress fit perfectly and felt great! But, I have to admit, I was a little bit dizzy by the end of the 2nd day!!!
