MP3 workout "coaches"?

Does anyone use anything like cardiocoach.com or itrain.com? Are there any others out there maybe a try before you buy type thing?

Has anyone had success with these?

This one has a free trial. I didn't love it, but I have talked to many people that were into it. It's kind of cool because it lets you overlap your music with the coaching so you don't have to workout in silence. :)

I've been using Cardio Coach since the beginning of summer and love it! I was the same as you, and wanted to try it before I paid $$ for it and was lucky enough to borrow one from the trainer at my gym. I borrowed #2 from her and have since got #1 and #6. I'm planning to buy #4 and #5 soon to get me through the winter!

You can listen to samples from the workouts on Cardio Coach if you click on one of the workouts then scroll about 1/2 way down the page.

itrain

I use itrain workouts for the treadmill and elliptical, and I love them. I work much harder and longer than I would with music alone. Their website is great because you can purchase only one workout if you want. I did that at first, just to try it out. Then I paid $10 a month for a couple month and accumulated a bunch of their workouts. It was easy to cancel once I accumulated as many workouts as I needed. I would recommend checking it out!

I heard the itrain is cool but haven't tried it because I don't know that I'll actually use it.
