Has anyone tried "fluidity"? What do you think about it?

http://www.fluidity.com/

My dance teacher saw an infomercial for it the other day and was all excited about it and she immediately thought about me and all the pilates I do - she was even going to call me at 2am!!

Anyway, I did not see the infomercial but I just looked at the website - I'm not really impressed - it looks to me like it's much like my ballet class I take just with some "extras" added in like the bar, ball and resistance bands. It also looks like the focus is on combo exercises that strengthen the core, arms and legs all at once rather than focusing on a specific muscle group - which they playoff like this makes them suprior to pilates or weightlifting when in reality anyone can find combo exercises on the net if that's the way you wanted to workout.

Soo.. I thought I'd ask the community here if anyone has any first-hand experience with this program and what your opinions are about it. I personally think 5 payments of 39.95 seems a bit high for what you get (3 workout DVD's (length of workout?), Guide to healthy eating, fluidity ball and pump, and 2 resistance bands.

Feedback from anyone who knows of someone that's tried this or has tried it themselves is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I also want to know if anyone's tried this. I want to get it but not sure if it's worth it either (but you didn't list that it does include the bar too).

One thing I don't like about the informercial is that is very misleading. They only tell you that you can try if for 30 days risk free... for $39.95 and they never tell you that if you want to keep it you'll have to make 4 more payments. I'm sure they tell you that once they get you on the phone, but why don't they just put that in the infomerical?

I was ready to order it the first time I saw the infomercial and saw them show that $39.95 price, but my husband walked in the room so I quick changed the channel... LOL! Anyway, when I checked out the website is when I realized it was 5 payments.

Soooo - I'm not sure if it's all that fabulous if they have to "trick" you into ordering it. Then again, they do the same sort of thing for Bowflex... they tell you how much per month you payments are, but never tell you it'll take 10 years to pay it off! (I don't really know how long it takes, but that thing is expensive)

It looks like a decent way to tone, but if you're taking dance and do yoga, I'd say you likely have that covered. I don't like the fact that it pretends you can get those results on the basis of toning alone however. I don't think there's a cardio componant here and you can tone all day long and not shift too much if you don't get aerobic and anaerobic in. Sad but true.

Hey Janet it seems like a waste of money to me. It does seem like its a lot alike in what your doing now, just with a bar. And I'm sure for $200 you can go out and buy a bar and attach it. Seems like a ripe off.
