Steamed dumplings

I LOVE any type of Asian food, and being healthy with it can be heard, but ask for dumplings that are steamed instead of fried. You can usually get them with pork or just vegetables. Also, simply ask if you can have a dish, like beef and broccoli, steamed instead of stirfried and ask for the sauce on the side. Always, always get brown rice. Happy eating!

Tofu veggie soup and

Vegetable moo shoo.

Both taste incredibly and are lowfat and good for you.

Healthy Chinese

Add Shrimp Vegetable Soup, Shrimp with Bean Sprouts (very ginger tasty), veggie fried rice: at my takeout it is fluffy yellow rice with chunks of steamed veggies in it -Yum, no guilt. But say No Msg. Add my vote for Veg Tofu soup (broth) Has lots of crispy vegs; no fat.
