Thanks Fleur83. Another question I had was.. I'm confused on which of the programs would help me out best. I have 4 weeks to get into better shape for a cousin's wedding.
Would Turbo Jam be good or Turbo Jam maximumresults ? Or any other?
I am already into light weight training and aerobics for a year now. Plus wondering which one would actually reach me quicker considering the shipping time.

The regular turbo jam package definately has everything you need, I would recommend starting with that, the schedule in there is exactly for a month, so you will be set. If you ever get bored you could order the maximum results package or the other one, its just more of the same but with variations. I have them all!

Turbo Jam

In my opinion the turbojam maximum results wasn't very fun... after the regular turbo jam workouts you should get cardio party mix 2 and lower body jam those are great!

I am interested in purchasing this product but have read some complaints about their billing and shipping methods. The major one is they continue to bill you, and charge you a quarterly fee.
I also haven't seen any info since 2006.
