Happy 1 Yr PT Anniversary to me

October 10 2006 marked my 1 year anniversary of joining PT.
I wanted to thank PT for this wonderful and free resource!
In the last year I've gone from a size 14 (almost 16) to a size 8 and minus 43 lbs.
Being accountable to myself and to PT members is the number one reason for my success. When I am active on PT I see results!

Great thread. I try to remind people this too because sometimes I think people forget. Thanks PT. I haven't lost weight but that hasn't been my goal. I want a BIKINI body for our annual christmas trip to the caribbean and I'm looking hot! Direct result of this site. Thanks.
