seriously, let's stop acting juvenile on these threads ! did the spam-identifier open this thread just to write that? it's not like there was a link to some website that is selling or promoting the book. there's not even a recommendation to read it. it's a question, for crying out loud !

and by the way, i have not seen it, but was hoping to find an opinion from someone who has. i enjoy the show.

I doubt this was spam because the dvd is only sold at one place (vh1) and they never advertise online except their own site. I went all over the place to try to buy it but apparently its exclusive to them. I did the workout and its great - too bad I'm lazy to keep up with doing it :)
