Best Body Fat Reading?
Can you recommend a good body fat scale? How about the handheld body fat analzyers? Any good experience with a particular model?

Little or No Luck with the Body Fat Scales
I have owned two different models of a BF analysis scale. Both by the same company that starts with a T. The BF% flucuated so much that I didn't have any faith in it. When it got a little bit old I replaced it hoping for improved performance. It didn't get any better. If you take a daily reading at the same time each day (aftenoons are recommended) and you chart this over time I think you get an indication that you are dropping BF but your jeans will do that for a lot less money. If you are concerned that you may be over-dieting and burning muscle the scales are not accuate enough to resolve that question.
As an example I could wake, use the bathroom and weigh myself. Go into the living room and drink a couple cups of coffee weigh myself again and change by 3% BF. For me that translates into about 7 pounds of fat. If only it were true ;-).

OP here
my body fat reading was pretty consistent dropping a little bit over 1 month that I have been dieting and working out. But then it dropped about 4-5% overnight and has been hovering around that same measurement.
